Health care vs. lower middle class

For many Americans health insurance, is a medical necessity and without it, many Americans to stay with the doctor, which are too expensive to pay. Most people would agree that, without the health some form of insurance, purchasing prescription drugs would not be possible. Many Americans, for example, with diabetes cannot survive without some drugs on prescription.

The upper middle and upper class citizens are usually health able to provide care, often times health without insurance and the lower classes, who are health able to obtain care through organizations such as Medicaid, which usually pays for the whole of the expenditure incurred on health care.

So we're stupid, who from this mix of American society? Lower middle-class Americans who fall between the cracks health to get the quality care they need.

Why can t lower middle-class Americans afford health care quality? To provide an adequate response to this question, we must first define the American class system in terms of socioeconomics and its relationship health to insurance and health health care system.

The working class or middle class is defined as a group of people, who make up about 33% (most) of the population and bring home the average annual income of $ 30 to $ 50 K per year. Upper middle class also average, $ 55 for about $ 155 for a year.
Compare these figures to a higher class, which consists of only 2% of the population and contribute to the $ 155 billion a year. (Source: [http://www.alamedasoc-tripod.com/handouts/soc2/Slides_Pt_2_Soc2.doc]). Clearly, we see that there is a large economic gap between the classes and that the income received in part plays an important role to why many of the lower middle-class Americans cannot afford to health insurance quality or health care.

Another problematic aspect, why many Americans working class health cannot afford care is given to the continued rising costs on health overall care. Many employers are sticking health other related insurance costs to their employees and the cost of health total care, including insurance premiums, drastically since 2001.

Although many Americans working class are presented health insurance with opportunities, (usually through employment) many cannot afford high monthly and annual premium health associated with the policy. Other citizens working class are able to buy insurance, but are not able to take advantage of the plan of care health about why such a large percentage of their monthly or annual income is reserved medical to pay for insurance. Many Americans left with the dilemma of choosing between basic needs such as paying for monthly mortgage note, health foods or insurance.

In essence, an American company McCreanow has, and has contributed to the system of high health care flawed, which focuses on the rich, worries for the poor, but excludes the largest proportion of the population. As a society we need to develop new ways to cope with the changes and rising costs in our system health care and to develop a method which allows the lower middle class health to obtain the quality care they deserve without money.

This may require a change in the system itself healthcare of America, or perhaps a change in the Government medical assistance. Either way, one thing is certain: without the basic needs of life, including healthcare of quality, the working class, in time, of course apart.
